Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated senior practitioner to work full time within a hospital team based in Tower Hamlets. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum senior practitioner job is £32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

Requirements of the senior practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
- Experience work within a multi-disciplinary setting
- Experience of working with people who are homeless, who may be living with mental ill-health and/or drug/alcohol dependant
- Experience of working with people who have no recourse to public funds
- Ability to liaise with a number or partner organisations
- Ability to lead on complex cases, represent the homeless pathway team and to work autonomously to a high standard in addition to being a team player
