    Permanent | Aylesbury| Salary of £43,496 - £47,979 per annum

    We are looking for a confident and skilled senior practitioner who is determined to achieve the best for children. We have a vacancy available based in Aylesbury. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £43,496 - £47,979 per annum.

    As a senior practitioner in the help and protection Team you will hold a mixed and varied caseload:
    - Work independently from the units
    - Complete comprehensive assessments; as per a letter of instruction or as required in conjunction with the service user, their parents or carers and other agencies
    - Ensure that the views of children and young people are represented at throughout your involvement
    - Identify areas of need which cannot be met and to systematically record and report the unmet need to the manager

    Requirements of the senior practitioner:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
