    Are you passionate about developing your Social Work career?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Practitioner to work full-time within a Friends and Families Assessment and Support Team based in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Children's Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner job is £35 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 6-month contract.

    Job Summary:
    The Friends and Family Assessment and Support Team assess and supports kinship carers, we work closely with children's' social worker undertaking SGO viabilities, SGO assessment for court and kinship fostering assessments. We also support SGO carers post order We are a team that covers the whole of the UK and no day is ever the same. We are a busy team that is diverse, very supportive, friendly and enthusiastic.

    Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
