    As a senior practitioner you will be working within an early intervention team based in Thurrock. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive package of £29,691 - £38,769 per annum.

    Responsibilities of the senior practitioner:
    - Leading on complex single or joint agency enquiries
    - Assessing likely or actual harm to children
    - Preparing and presenting reports to multi-agency conferences and meetings
    - Coordinating and delivering direct support work to children, young people, families and carers who have complex needs

    Requirements of the senior practitioner:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
