Senior Practitioner, Children's Assessment ICDS

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated senior practitioner to work full time within an assessment integrated children's disabilities team based in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum senior practitioner job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the senior practitioner:
- To identify issues that could impact on service delivery and develop a number of options to mitigate these issues
- Effective supervision of staff to secure high levels of performance.
- To ensure that processes are carried out within statutory timelines and guidance

Requirements of the senior practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
