    Description

    Are you looking for a new social work role in Gloucester?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for a Senior Practitioner to fill a full-time role within a Adults Team based in Gloucester.

    The pay rate for this full-time role is £35 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

    The candidate needs to have supervisory experience in working with people and have a social work qualification.
    - Supervising a friendly team
    - Reviewing the progress of the plan in collaboration with users, carer's and service providers
    - Making referrals to other professionals
    - Ensuring Service Users are involved in decision making where possible.
    - Ensuring care plans are the least restrictive as possible to achieve outcomes
    - Maintaining up to date case recordings
    - Participating in duty arrangements

    Requirements:
    - A Social Care qualification
    - Experience of providing information and advice to customers.
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults services
