    Senior Practitioner, Adults Complex Assessment Team

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated senior practitioner to work full time within an adults complex assessment team based in Darlington. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum senior practitioner job is £209.86 (LTD Company Equivalent) per day and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Requirements of the senior practitioner:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services

    Main duties/responsibilities include dealing with more complex cases, carrying out strengths based assessments, including assessment and appropriate management of risks. Managing safeguarding concerns, progressing to and chairing strategies as required. To develop and share specialist knowledge in the area of Adult Social Care and contribute to practice development within the team. To provide advice , guidance and supervision to other team members. Chair reviews/planning meetings as required. Write reports as required. Utilise Liquid Logic recording system effectively. Deputise for manager as required. Comply with Council policies and procedures.
