Safeguarding Case Worker
Permanent | Westminster |Salary from £36,767 - £40,000 per annum

Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in Westminster for a safeguarding case worker to work with the Methodist Church. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £36,767 - £40,000 per annum.

Duties and responsibilities of the safeguarding case worker:
- To further develop and maintain good working relationships with the DBS and similar bodies, to liaise effectively
- Undertake casework and risk assessment processes where a blemished record is identified by the DBS or a safeguarding concern arises
- Working with individual, church verifier and minister to resolve queries
- Leasing with the conference office regarding relevant matters of discipline and oversight
You will be working with The Methodist Church. The Church is committed to ensuring its churches are safe spaces for all. They work hard to ensure we comply with legal requirements, develop good practice, provide effective training and give excellent advice on individual cases.

Requirements for the Safeguarding Case Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
