Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Officer

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated safeguarding and quality assurance officer to work full time in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum safeguarding and quality assurance officer job is £28 per hour LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

Sanctuary need applicants who have experience of Chairing Child Protection Conference and ideally knowledge of the SOS model. One post is to cover a full time post where the successful applicant for the post has since decided to now not take up the position.

The other post is for a member of the team who will be acting up in a Safeguarding Managers post. Agency worker required to cover her case load until the Manager post is filled.

Requirements of the safeguarding and quality assurance officer:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
