    Residential Manager, Children's
    Permanent |Cornwall | Salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated residential manager to work in Penryn, Cornwall. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults services and be registered with the HCPC.

    Your responsibilities are:
    - Overseeing programme delivery
    - Policy management
    - Compliance
    - Staff management and supervision
    - Safeguarding
    - Facilities
    - Budgetary responsibility

    As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.

    Requirements of the residential manager:
    - Experience in a senior management role within social care and of supporting young people within a care environment
    - Experience of project work/work planning and quality assurance monitoring
    - Experience and confidence in dealing with safeguarding and child protection concerns
    - Ability to interpret financial information and be IT literate
    - Full driving license
