Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated residential home manager to work in Slough. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children services and be registered with the HCPC.

Slough Children's Services Trust is a not-for-profit company delivering children's safeguarding and social care services in Slough. It is a challenging but highly rewarding field of work making a real and positive difference to the lives of children, young people and families and helping build the resilience, social and economic strength of the wider community.

As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £43,357 - £47,996 per annum.

Requirements of the residential manager:
- Experience in a senior management role within social care and of supporting young people within a care environment
- Experience of project work/work planning and quality assurance monitoring
- Experience and confidence in dealing with safeguarding and child protection concerns
- Ability to interpret financial information and be IT literate
- Full driving license
