Sanctuary Social Care is recruiting on behalf of an Independent Fostering Agency for a Registered Fostering Manager to cover London and the South East on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of this new and thriving fostering agency.

The salary for this role is £50,000 per annum.

You will be accountable for the strategic planning and development aspects of fostering resources and support functions in the registered company. As well as working in accord with the policies and procedures of fostering relevant to statute and national guidelines. You will also promote and work with an awareness that provides a professional fostering service for local authorities when placing children and young people.

Requirements of the Registered Fostering Manager:
- Social work qualification and HCPC registration
- In-depth experience of working within a fostering service for children
- Possess a high level and detailed working knowledge of relevant legislation and the impact on the fostering service
- Proven staff management, experience and leadership skills including recruitment, supervision, monitoring and disciplinary (or working towards an accredited qualification)
- Ability to review and monitor outcomes and make sound and safe decisions in all aspect of running the agency
