Quality Assurance Social Worker, Children and Families

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced quality assurance social worker to work within children and families services in Croydon. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum quality assurance social worker job is £29.50 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the quality assurance social worker:
- Taking the lead in ensuring detailed audits take place across the whole of Children's Services
- Working with other front line managers to ensure a robust process is in place to complete audits throughout Children's Services
- Establishing through the rigorous use of case auditing quality assurance structures and systems which can be used for both business planning and service development and improvement

Requirements of the quality assurance social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
