    Quality Assurance Consultant Practitioner

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced quality assurance consultant practitioner to work in Croydon. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum quality assurance consultant practitioner job is £32-£35 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the quality assurance consultant practitioner:
    - Supporting front line managers to ensure a robust process is in place to complete audits throughout Children's Services
    - Establish through the rigorous use of case auditing, processes and practice development which can drive improved outcomes and service improvement
    - Responsible for leading on conducting individual audits and to work with other to complete multi-agency audits and report on findings to the Improvement Board

    Requirements of the quality assurance consultant practitioner:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
