Adults Social Care Project Officer

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social care project officer to fill a full time role in Medway. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults services and be registered with the HCPC.

The starting pay rate for this locum social care project officer job is £34 - £36 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the social care project officer:
- Working with Area Team Manager and Head of Service to design and implement team policies and procedures required to further develop the 0-25 social work team
- Supporting and facilitating the work of the Area team Manager and Head of Service in order to maximise the likelihood of the successful delivery of the development of the team.
- Ensuring that projects have clear definition to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
- Ensure that communication is undertaken with all key stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner across the local area.

Requirements of the social care project officer:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adults services
