    Project Manager

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated project manager to work full time in South Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this project manager job is £25.78 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3 month contract.

    The post holder will have responsibility for managing and leading Vinney Green's overall transformation programme and the recommendations of the transformation report. This will involve working with the senior managers at Vinney Green and AWP, including organisational improvement and performance management.

    The post holder will be working within an environment of varying and sometimes conflicting organisational priorities and values within social care and health, dealing with strategic and day-to-day problems and issues that are encountered to ensure the successful completion of the secure services project. This will involve working within tight deadlines, needing to understand complex issues, managing competing demands and making sound decisions to enable practical and sensible solutions to be achieved

    Requirements of the project manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience with children services
