Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Programme Manager to fill a full-time role in Tower Hamlets.

The pay rate for this locum Programme Manager job is £350 - £400 (LTD Company Equivalent) per day and is an initial 3-month contract.

- The post holder will ensure that there will be improvement with the health and wellbeing of people in Tower Hamlets and reduce health inequalities, working as part of a team focusing on the young adults life course segment.
- In addition, the post holder will contribute to two or more programme areas and will take the lead for any of the life courses or Healthy Environment/ Community programme areas as directed by Public Health management.

The post holder will deputise for the Programme Lead if required

Requirements of the Programme Manager:
- Minimum of 3 years of public health practice.
- Experience of undertaking health needs assessment, health care evaluation, equity audits, clinical and non-clinical audits or quality assurance, health strategy and policy development
- Staff management.
- Training and mentoring.
- Budget management
