Principal Social Worker, Quality Assurance
Permanent | Bromley | Salary of £38,375 - £57,562 per annum

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated principal social worker to work in Bromley.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults services and be registered with the HCPC.

You will be responsible for supporting social workers to improve the quality of social work practice and work alongside social workers and other practitioners to identify opportunities to improve social work delivery and provide independent scrutiny of practice and standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring the views of social workers to senior managers together with the views and experiences of children and families to influence the planning and delivery of social work practice.

As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £38,375 - £57,562per annum.

Requirements of the principal social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
