    Principal Manager, Child Protection Safeguarding

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated principal manager to work full time within a child protection safeguarding team based in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum principal manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 5 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the principal manager:
    - Taking the professional lead on assigned technical areas of specialism, determining, evaluating and managing performance standards to meet defined performance indicators and achieve corporate objectives
    - Managing the integration and co-ordination of generally related or similar groups or services to deliver an effective Service

    Requirements of the principal manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
