    Description

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated practitioner manager to work full time within an adults integrated disabilities service based in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum job is £32.86 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

    To assist the Team manager in the provision of a comprehensive assessment and case management service to vulnerable adults and to apply specialised knowledge and skills with the objective of improving practice and standards of work. In exceptionally complex cases this will include casework with clients and their carers.

    To undertake effective practice in complex situations, assessing and managing high levels of risk, striking a balance between support and effective intervention, liaising with a wide range of professionals, including senior staff.

    Requirements:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant level frontline experience within adult services
    - Physical/learning disabilities experience
    - At least 4 years in adults social work experience
