Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to work Part-time within an Integrated Safeguarding Team based in Walthamstow. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The Salary for this Permanent Social Worker role is £38,994 - £41,874 per annum

Reporting to a Team Manager, to manage and professionally supervise several qualified & support staff and to support other colleagues. To be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality and legally compliant social care practice to agreed standards for the staff within the remit of the post.
- To undertake Safeguarding Adult Enquiries and undertake the role of Safeguarding Adult Manager to develop person-led plans that meet outcomes of individuals.
- To manage a complex caseload.
- To maximise the safety, independence and wellbeing of adults
- To quality assure Safeguarding Adults activity and contribute towards the develop of practice
- To raise awareness and support the development of others in relation to Safeguarding Adults and Dols.
- To support with the operational management of the Dols Service

Requirements of the Practice Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Significant senior level frontline experience
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
