    Practice Manager, MASH

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated practice manager to manage a MASH team based in Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum practice manager job is £32 - £35 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the practice manager:
    - Delivering professional leadership for staff within a service team and provide effective professional service delivery
    - Ensuring that excellent standards of practice and service are provided to servicer users and their families/carers
    - Supporting the Team Manager in managing a current and reliable record of allocation, assurance in service provision and ensuring a high standard of service delivery

    Requirements of the practice manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
