    Description

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to work full time within a First Response Team based in Lancashire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Practice Manager job is £32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    The Practice Manager post is a first line management role developed to provide supervision, case direction and decisions to a small team of Social Workers and Support Workers within various Children's Social Care teams. As the post holder you will provide direct supervision to Social Workers and ensure that practice is of a good quality and meets the needs of children.

    Requirements of the Practice Manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
