    Practice Manager, Child Sexual Exploitation

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated practice manager to work full time within a child sexual exploitation team based in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum social worker job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the practice manager:
    - To manage a multi-agency team delivering a range of intervention to children suffering or likely to suffer harm through child sexual exploitation
    - To manage complex investigations and operations to ensure that the safeguarding needs of children are met
    - To provide effective safe and robust intervention plans for children and their families

    Requirements of the practice manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant experience in similar role
