    Description

    Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy for a Practice Manager to work within a Child and Family Intervention Team based in Horsham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive package of £45,180 - £48,399 per annum.

    Responsibilities:
    - As a Practice Manager, you will be passionate about ensuring our most vulnerable children have clear decisions about their future. You will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of social workers and child and family workers by providing expert supervision, mentoring/coaching and supporting the development of reflective and relationship-based practice.
    - You will be able to build positive working relationships with parents and their children, professionals, partner agencies and carers as well as respectfully challenge when appropriate. You will be a confident and competent social worker who has an excellent understanding of the statutory requirements relating to keeping children safe.

    Requirements for the Practice Manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
