    Practice Manager, Child Sexual Exploitation
    Permanent | Southend-on-Sea Borough Council | Salary of £35,444 - £41,967 per annum

    As a practice manager you will be working within a child sexual exploitation team based in Southend. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,444 - £41,967 per annum.

    Responsibilities of the practice manager:
    - Reviewing current single agency and multi-agency practice and procedures in relation to the specified areas of responsibility and where appropriate lead on the development of relevant policy, procedures and practice
    - Providing or ensuring that support and advice is available to practitioners across the Council in relation to the specific areas of responsibility
    - Developing and implementing work plans in respect of the specific areas of responsibility

    Requirements of the practice manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
