    Practice Manager, Intervention

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated practice manager to work within an assessment and intervention team based in Horsham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum practice manager job is £35 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the practice manager:
    -Managing a team of social work staff, early intervention and support workers.
    -Allocating workloads across the team.
    - Undertaking parenting and risk assessments
    - Providing supervision when required
    - Organising and managing care plans
    - Chairing children in need meetings
    - Attending court and giving evidence when required

    Requirements of the practice manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
