Practice Manager, Adults Team

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated practice manager to work full time within an adults team based in Newham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum practice manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the practice manager:
-Chairing complex meetings and safeguarding strategy meetings
-Representing the service manager in meetings
-Responding to complaints from service users, councillors etc.
-Understanding and ability to work within service key performance indicators
-Participating in the panels

Requirements of the practice manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
