    Personal Advisor, Leaving Care

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for a personal advisor to work full time within a leaving care team based in Bexley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum personal advisor job is up to £20 (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the Personal Advisor:
    - To work in partnership with colleagues, parents, carers and young people to ensure that child-centred systemic practice is the principal standard and framework for all work undertaken with young people and families/carers
    - To engage in and advise on the professional decision-making process with young people and their families/carers in relation to complex/high risk cases

    Requirements of the Personal Advisor:
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Must have drivers license
    - Experience in children's social work
