Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Locality Operational Manager to fill a full-time role in Bedfordshire.

The pay rate for this locum Locality Operational Manager job is £311.25 (LTD Company Equivalent) per day and is a 6-month contract.

Job Purpose:
- Apply leadership and effective management to services and associated resources within the locality and/or service-wide specialism, working in partnership with customers, family carers, the local community and other organisations to:
- Ensure the provision of compassionate, high quality, proportionate and timely assessment and case management response to customers and carers that is person centred, optimises independence, meets individual needs and aspirations whilst preserving their dignity and affording respect.
- Protect and safeguard vulnerable adults and their families and carers;
- Ensure the development and delivery of excellent services and outcomes through strong and effective management of performance, staffing and financial resources.
- Lead teams through the transformation of social care.
- Lead on strategic priorities ensuring effective partnership work and to assist the Head of Service and other senior colleagues in the delivery of the services, directorate and Council priorities.
- Effectively respond to emergency situations as they arise.
- Lead and direct Adult Social Care employment staff so as to effectively engage with the private and independent sectors with a specific focus on transitions to develop and secure wider employment opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.

Requirements of the Operational Manager:
- Minimum of 3 years of public health practice.
- Experience of undertaking health needs assessment, health care evaluation, equity audits, clinical and non-clinical audits or quality assurance, health strategy and policy development
