    Independent Reviewing Officer

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated independent reviewing officer to work full time based in Swindon. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum independent reviewing officer job is £41 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 5 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the independent reviewing officer:
    - Assist with the development and operation of procedures to promote good practise standards for children looked after and children in need across partner agencies
    - Encourage and promote the participation of children and young people
    - Undertake initiatives consistently with delivering the Care Matters and Every Child Matters agenda

    Requirements of the independent reviewing officer:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
