Sanctuary Social Care has a short-term project work available for an ICT Business Analyst in Dorset. This is a project implementing an integrated care record to provide a holistic health and social care view of the person across Dorset. The partnerships includes all health trusts and local authorities in Dorset.

Key duties of the ICT Business Analyst:
- Business analysis supporting the development of E forms
- Defining processes for self-service portals
- Documenting issues and dependencies and providing options to resolve
- Stakeholder engagement across all sectors
- Develop a detailed understanding of products to support test script development

Requirements of the ICT Business Analyst:
- Travel is expected to be a car driver
- Recognised IT qualification commensurate with the National Qualification Framework Level 3 (e.g. BTEC)
- In-depth knowledge and awareness of process modeling languages (e.g. UML)
- An awareness of best practice in managing the delivery of ICT services, programmes, and projects; to include formal frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL Service management and PRINCE2
- Experience of developing positive business relationships at all levels to help achieve business objectives
- First class communication skills including the ability to analyse, prepare and present complex arguments both verbally and in writing
