Sanctuary Executive currently has a vacancy based in Newham for a Hospital Service Manager to work in London. The salary for this role is £57,627.00to £61,737.00 per annum.

Responsibilities of the Service Manager:
- You will manage 2 team managers contributing to a dynamic Integrated Discharge Service, working as the conduit between Hospital and Community Health Partners.
- This role reports to the Head of Adult Social Work: Hospital and Localities.
- You will lead and contribute to strategies and initiatives to progress and identify further opportunities for integration with health.

Requirements of the Service Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- You will be a confident, able and knowledgeable HCPC registered Social Worker with significant operational experience at a senior manager level.
- You will be highly motivated and have recent experience of managing frontline Social Work managers, as well as being able to work with health colleagues to develop innovative approaches to care and support.
