    Description

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of School Service to work full-time in Ealing. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    As the post holder of this permanent role, you will receive a competitive package of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - The Head of School will drive high aspirations by developing and managing standards of attainment for pupils and performance of staff towards school improvement targets.
    - The Head of School will ensure that the core business is to ensure that the parent voice is heard and to promote and secure the wellbeing of and positive outcomes for all children.
    - The Head of School will be responsible for the safety of all children as the designated safeguarding lead or deputy safeguarding lead.

    Requirements of the Head of Service:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
