    Family Protection Advisor
    Permanent | Guernsey| Salary from £44,376 - £50,902 per annum

    Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in London for a family protection advisor to work full time. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £44,376 - £50,902 per annum.

    Responsibilities for this job:
    - Responsible for the completion of clear and concise court reports ensuring that all documentation is based on effective assessments focussed on the best interests of the child and to provide evidence at hearings
    - Ensure that the views of service users (children and adults), key skate holders and partner agencies are actively sought and contribute to service delivery improvements
    - Prepare and present high quality public and private law reports to the courts in both matrimonial and adoption matters, as set out in the Ordinances and Children Law (Alderney and Guernsey) 2008
    - Regularly attend court for the purpose of receiving referrals and directions
    - Provide an in-Court mediation/dispute resolution service to the court and families

    Requirements for this job:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
