    EHCP Co-ordinator

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated EHCP Co-ordinator to work in Brent. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum EHCP Co-ordinator job is up to £230 per day (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the EHCP Co-ordinator:
    - Be responsible for the management of a designated SEN caseload, ensuring service standards, performance outcomes and statutory requirements are met
    - Ensure all communications and contacts with young people, parents, schools, settings and other agencies about SEN casework and general SEN issues are proactive, supportive, timely and constructive
    - Accurately record, input and maintain records on a database as required

    Requirements of the EHCP Co-ordinator:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
    - Must have recent experience of working with children and their families in a safeguarding capacity
