    Deputy Team Manager, Older People Physical Disabilities

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated deputy team manager to assist with the management of an older people physical disabilities team based in Brent. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum deputy team manager job is £32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Deputy team manager duties include:
    - Managing the assessment and care management service supporting older people and people with physical disabilities
    - Prioritising within a pressurised environment and ensuring effective risk assessment and management
    - Raising standards and supporting staff to make effective decisions based on good quality assessment and reviews.

    Requirements of the deputy team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
