    Deputy Team Manager, Fostering

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated deputy team manager to work full time within a fostering team based in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum deputy team manager job is £40 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the deputy team manager:
    - Supervising both formal and informal team members
    - Assisting managing the allocation of work to appropriate staff
    - Delegating tasks to staff including senior practitioners as part of the duty function
    - Working closely with child care social work teams to establish the placement needs of children

    Requirements of the deputy team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
