Deputy Team Manager, Children with Disabilities

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated deputy team manager to work full time within a children with disabilities team based in Islington. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum deputy team manager job is £28.67 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the deputy team manager:
- Establishing and developing collaborative working with allied health and social care professionals
- Contributing to working groups set up to improve the quality and effectiveness of practice
- Understanding and ensuring a duty of care to supervisees, implementing personnel procedures as required in relation to attendance at work, capability and discipline

Requirements of the deputy team manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
