    Deputy Team Manager, Children in Need

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated deputy team manager to work full time working within a children in need team based in Keynsham, Somerset. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum deputy team manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the deputy team manager:
    - Assisting in leading and managing the provision, quality assurance and review of services provided by the Team to children, young people, parents and carers
    - Undertaking duties and responsibilities as specified by the Service Manager and are commensurate with the level of the post within the organisation
    - Available to work outside normal office hours

    Requirements of the deputy team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
