Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated deputy team manager to work full-time in an adults team based in Solihull. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum deputy team manager job is £20 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

- To deputise for the Registered Care Manager in providing a high quality and effective service behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council
- To demonstrate high levels of skill across the following dimensions; Personal Qualities, Working with Others, Managing Services, improving services and Setting Directions

Requirements of the deputy team manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
- The Leadership Qualities Framework for Adult Social Care' and The National Skills Academy, at the Operational Leadership level.
