    Deputy Locality Manager, Supportive Action for Families - Ealing

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated deputy locality manager to work full time within a supportive action for families team based in Ealing. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum deputy locality manager job is £36 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the deputy locality manager:
    - Taking responsibility for a special area of service delivery or age range expertise
    - Providing leadership and management cover for a locality based early intervention multi-disciplinary team
    - Providing appraisal and professional supervision for a proportion of a multi-disciplinary team in partnership with the NHS and other key partners
    - Carring out joint visits with frontline practitioners to support when the casework is more complex or as part of an agreed quality assurance process

    Requirements of a deputy locality manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - SGO Experience
