Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced Care Manager to work based in Bromley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum Care Manager job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Expected to work to a high professional standard and have excellent interpersonal skills

Requirements of the Care Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
-Experience of conducting safeguarding enquiries to conclusion as an Enquiry Officer
- Experience , confidence and competent ability to undertake Mental Capacity Assessments
- Experience of / working knowledge of Community DOL (deprivation of liberty)
- Experience of working on a duty system
- Excellent, strengths based assessment skills and excellent recording skills
- Working knowledge of the social care act and the principles embedded within it
- Awareness of the current climate Local Authorities operate in, particularly value for money
- Car driver
