    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Senior Social Worker/Safeguarding Hub Practitioner to work full time in London. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £30.48 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent).

    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
    - Current HCPC registration.
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Service.

    Duties:
    - work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team with strong partnership working with the Local Authority. Multi-agency cooperation is a statutory duty of all professionals delivering care to vulnerable individuals and families and is key to this role.
    - Providing a central point of managing Safeguarding Concerns associated with the Trust
    - Co-location of key partners
    - Providing a safe confidential environment
    - Enables analysis of risk or need on a case by case basis
    - Enables wider victim identification within communities
    - To assist Trust staff in learning how to identify adults at risk of harm and the impact upon their children(if applicable)
