Permanent |East Hounslow | Salary of £41,487 - £46,578 per annum

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant team manager to work within a safeguarding and support team based in East Hounslow. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The salary for this assistant team manager role is £41,487 - £46,578 per annum.

Responsibilities of the assistant team manager:
- Ensure good outcomes for children and young people in need or at risk through the delivery of timely, high quality social work services
- Provide effective day to day management and support to social workers, child in need workers and personal advisors including the provision of reflective supervision, direction, guidance and decision making in complex cases
- Ensure the highest standards of social worker practice are provided to children and young people, managing performance

Requirements of the assistant team manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
