    Assistant Team Manager Practice Manager, Help and Protection Team

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant team manager / practice manager to work within a help and protection team based in Dorset. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum ATM / practice manager job is £21.38 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

    ATM / Practice manager duties include:
    - Make proposals for the improvement of Team practice and to develop systems for accurate data recording and improved performance management.
    - Provide professional/technical advice and support in specific areas of specialism.
    - Maintain essential records as required and input records on core computer systems and undertake training as necessary.

    Requirements of the ATM / practice manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
