Assistant Team Manager, Initial Response

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant team manager to assist an initial response team based in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum assistant team manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the assistant team manager:
- Undertaking parenting and risk assessments
- Providing supervision when required
- Organising and managing care plans
- Chairing children in need meeting

Requirements of the assistant team manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Must have 2 years post qualified experience within child protection
