    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant team manager to work within a fostering team based in Swindon on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum assistant team manager job is £38 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the assistant team manager:
    - Supervising all ASW's in accordance with SBC policy
    - Ensuring all reports are completed to a high standard and filed/submitted to panel on time
    - Keeping tracker up to date and alerting team manager of resource issues
    - Ensuring all carers are appropriate supported while under assessment
    - Working closely with all stakeholders including social care teams and legal representatives throughout the assessment process

    Requirements of the assistant team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
