    Description

    As an assistant team manager you will be working within a children with disabilities team based in Bracknell. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive package £40,562 - £44,518 per annum.

    The Specialist Support Service is fully staffed, with skilled and able practitioners. We are seeking an individual who is focused and creative in achieving positive outcomes for children and young people with disabilities.

    You will also hold a small case load and receive regular supervision. If this is your first step into management, we will arrange relevant management training to support you in your role and career development and you will become part of an experienced management team

    Requirements of the assistant team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
