    Assistant Team Manager, Children in Need

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant team manager to work full time within a children in need team based in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum assistant team manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Assistant team manager duties include:
    - Attending court and giving evidence when required
    - Initiating and implementing child protection plans
    - Managing packages of care
    - Undertaking parenting and risk assessments
    - Chairing children in need meetings

    Requirements of the assistant team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
    - Must be over 5 years post qualified with senior / assistant team manager experience and have experience within children in need.
